Read about the Nobel Prize in physics. The winners this year are three theorists who have been working on an explanation of how the cosmos came into being. I have to quote the article to make sure I get their work straight: All three studied (an) essential phenomenon known as broken symmetry, which helps to explain the behavior of matter on the smallest scale, where the everyday laws of physics seemingly break down or are ignored. The article goes on to say something about if matter and antimatter had been created in equal quantities during the big bang, the universe would not exist.
Yes, it's a mind bending article and it doesn't help that I have only quoted snippets. However, as much as I appreciate, follow and am fascinated by scientific discoveries, I think these theorists should have started their research with Genesis. It might help them understand that what seems unexplainable to us is so because it is only understood by God. And He thoroughly enjoys revealing just tidbits as we frantically search for His Truth on this matter.
In the beginning, God created heaven and earth...and the Spirit of God was hovering over the waters. (Genesis 1)
