a month of giving
Yesterday, my husband finally came home mid-afternoon after leaving early in the morning for last minute Christmas errands. His comment as he dragged his weary self into the house, "The mall is controlled chaos. The grocery store is just chaos."
I hope on this Christmas Eve that you are having the opposite experience ~ that you have not let the calendar nor the clock drive you into chaos and frenzy. It's not about the giving of things or the perfect decorations or the gourmet dinner.
Instead, may you and your family experience the true spirit of Christmas ~ the love, peace and blessing of God the Father and His Son's impending birth ~ a reminder of the greatest love story ever told.
