Time to leave Lake Tahoe. The hordes of humanity are arriving from big cities and towns to celebrate the 3-day weekend; which means noise and congestion, and no longer pretending that we are away from civilization. But we did discover that Heavenly is hosting its annual ski sale starting this morning, so we will take a quick peak at discounted treasures before we leave the mountains behind and return to the sanity of our own backyard retreat.
Thank you, Lord, for the gift of snowy mountains and ski sales.
