Yes, we even strolled through the cool little town of Murphys and had lunch on our fun-filled day trip.  I've posted on Murphys before but since it's a fav of mine, I'm sharing more photos.  If the sights and shops of the town aren't enough for you to visit, they have built a reputation as a mecca for tasting wine from the Sierra foothills wineries.
