Lessons from the Kitchen
Things are beginning to move right along: new faucet hooked up to new sink; new dishwasher installed; ceiling lights chosen and purchased. I guess I can't avoid it any longer ~ time for a back splash and wall color decision. I'm really not this indecisive; it's just that I'm making an investment not a color choice.
I truly am amazed at the details and myriad of choices it takes to create a kitchen, and we certainly have done our part to stimulate the economy! It's worth it because we are creating the heart of our home; the place where we welcome family and friends to share food and fellowship. And besides, Mom always said turn off the lights and serve meals by candlelight so our guests might not even notice the change.
