I love bbque-style cooking. Fast. Easy. No kitchen mess. This is a one-pan lunch I made with organic hamburger and assorted vegetables (beets, carrots, sweet potatoes, onions, celery). I coated the veggies in olive oil, black pepper and garlic then stir fried in the pan. Removed veggies, added a bit more olive oil and cooked up the meat which I had broken into small pieces. Returned veggies to pan when the meat was cooked and let simmer for a bit. Last time I did this, I fried bacon first and used its grease as the cooking agent for everything else. Yummy! No, sorry, no leftovers.
