Most adults carry around numbers their whole lives. Social Security numbers. Credit ratings. Passwords. Net worth. (Chronological age) You name it. This quote knocks me out. I am not a number. Even if my numerical identity was completely wiped out, I am so much more than the little boxes that society tries to put me in. I belong to my Maker. I am His and my identity in Him far outweighs society's pathetic attempts to categorize me into a series of neat, orderly digits.
